1. Cooling-Off Period
Students who cancel their enrollment within 3 (three) days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable registration fee of 50 USD to cover administrative costs.
2. Refund Eligibility
- 30 days or more before the course start date: Students are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 30 days before the course start date: No refunds are available; however, students may reschedule for a future session.
- After the course start date: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Funktasy Academy Cancellations
If Funktasy Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund, with no administrative fees deducted.
4. Medical & Emergency Refunds
Students facing medical emergencies or unforeseen hardships may request a course credit or partial refund, subject to review. Supporting documentation is required, such as:
- A doctor’s note confirming the medical condition.
- Proof of hospitalization or emergency circumstances.
- Other official documentation verifying an unavoidable personal emergency.
Requests must be submitted before completing 50% of the course. Funktasy Academy reserves the right to review and approve these requests on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
5. Course Rescheduling Option
Students who cannot attend their originally scheduled course may request to reschedule to a future session instead of canceling. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the course start date, and availability is subject to open slots in the desired session.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a written request by emailing info@academy.funktasy.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
- Provide necessary details, including your full name, course title, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
