Welcome to Funktasy Academy, a subdivision of Funktasy Inc. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use govern your participation in Funktasy Academy programs, including but not limited to online and in-person courses, instructional materials, and associated services.

Welcome to Funktasy Academy, a subdivision of Funktasy Inc. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use govern your participation in Funktasy Academy programs, including but not limited to online and in-person courses, instructional materials, and associated services.
1. Program Participation & Structure
1.1 No Guaranteed Employment
Completion of a Funktasy Academy course does not guarantee employment, internships, or any form of partnership with Funktasy Inc. or its affiliates.
1.2 Certification
Upon completion of a Funktasy Academy course, students will receive a certificate of completion. However, this certificate is not formally accredited by any academic or government institution.
1.3 Program Scheduling Changes
Funktasy Academy reserves the right to modify course start and end times. If changes occur, students will be notified in advance.
1.4 Missed Sessions and Class Absences
Funktasy Academy does not offer refunds or partial credits for missed live sessions. However, if a course includes recorded content or session replays, enrolled students may be granted access to those recordings at the sole discretion of Funktasy Academy. It is the student’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions. Funktasy Academy is not obligated to reschedule or repeat missed sessions for individual students.
1.5 Instructor & Guest Speaker Disclaimer
Funktasy Academy’s instructors and guest speakers are independent contractors and do not have a direct affiliation with Funktasy Inc. Funktasy Inc. is not liable for their actions, opinions, advice, or any disputes arising from their participation.
2. Course Content & Usage
2.1 Intellectual Property
All content, materials, course lectures, videos, and documentation provided by Funktasy Academy are the intellectual property of Funktasy Inc. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2.2 Video & Material Usage
Any pre-recorded videos or materials provided by Funktasy Academy are strictly for individual learning purposes. Any form of copying, distributing, reselling, or public sharing of these materials is illegal and subject to copyright enforcement. Each course is intended only for the enrolled student who has paid the tuition fee. Sharing course materials, login credentials, or access links is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Ownership of Content & License Use
All course content is owned by Funktasy Academy and its licensors. Students may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any course materials beyond personal use. Sharing login credentials or access links, attempting to bypass any security measures on the platform, or using Funktasy Academy content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Links to External Resources
Some courses may include links to third-party resources. Funktasy Academy is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites.
3. Conduct & Community
3.1 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Students may have access to proprietary or confidential information during the course. By enrolling, you agree not to disclose, share, or misuse any confidential material shared by instructors, guest speakers, staff, or fellow students. This includes course content, class discussions, documents, recordings, and group project details. No course content may be recorded, shared, redistributed, or publicly posted without explicit written permission from Funktasy Academy.
3.2 Code of Conduct
By enrolling in Funktasy Academy, you agree to engage respectfully in course discussions and interactions, refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, use course content solely for personal education and not for redistribution, and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Any form of misbehavior, harassment, racism, sexism, discrimination, or disrespect toward instructors, staff, or classmates is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund, banning from future courses, and potential legal action.
4. Access & Technology
4.1 Account Registration
Students may be required to create an account to access Funktasy Academy courses. Your account is personal and must not be shared. Funktasy Academy reserves the right to revoke access if account security is compromised or if the account is used in a manner that violates these Terms.
4.2 Technical Issues
Funktasy Academy is not responsible for any technical issues students may experience, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, software incompatibility, or personal device malfunctions. If a technical or broadcast issue arises on our end, Funktasy Academy will reschedule the affected sessions at no additional cost to the students.
5. Legal & Liability
5.1 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Funktasy Academy does not guarantee specific career outcomes upon course completion. We are not responsible for any reliance on course materials for business, investment, or employment decisions. Funktasy Academy is an educational service and not an accredited institution. Our liability for any claim related to Funktasy Academy will not exceed the course fees paid by the student. Funktasy Academy is not responsible for fraudulent payments or unauthorized transactions made by students.
5.2 Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Any disputes, lawsuits, or legal actions related to Funktasy Academy will be governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada. All legal proceedings must take place within the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.
5.3 Termination of Access
Funktasy Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s access to the platform without a refund if they violate any of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or share or misuse course materials.
